5. Cancellation Policy

• After dispatch, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

6. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
• A parcel opening video (unedited, continuous, from start to end) is mandatory.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and other intimate wearables are not returnable unless defective.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of returned items.
• Refund Initiation: Within 3–5 business days of approval.
• Credit Timeline: 7–10 business days (depends on bank/payment provider).
• COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or wallet credit (details collected securely).
• Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
• In case of defective items or shipping errors, Ji Sisodiya G bears the return shipping costs.

8. Exchange / Replacement Policy

• Accepted for wrong size, design, or color.
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with parcel opening video proof.
• Approved exchanges/replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery of exchanged products usually takes 5–8 business days.
