📦 Shipping Policy

- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers must raise the return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- A parcel opening video (from start to end, without cuts/edits) is mandatory for return approval.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products such as earrings, nose pins, and other intimate wearables are not eligible for return unless defective.

- Refund requests are processed only after returned products are received and quality-checked.
- Refund Processing Timeframe: Refund initiation within 3–5 business days post-approval.
- Refund Credit Timeframe: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (may vary depending on bank/payment provider).

- Ji Sisodiya G covers return shipping costs in the case of defective items or shipping errors. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
